Inspired by The Great British Bake Off, we have designed and made our own bread! We began by researching different types of bread and how it's made, and then made our own design to meet a specific design specification – a Christmas Theme with at least 1 additional ingredient to give it a twist. We then used our mathematics skills to weigh and measure our ingredients, before mixing, kneading and shaping our bread. Once cooked, we evaluated it against our design specification before tasting!
