Throughout the year we will add photographs and videos of all the amazing learning we do. 

We celebrated World Book Day!

Over the past half term, we have been using our disciplinary knowledge to analyse, compare and explain the similarities and differences between the ancient Egyptians and the Romans! We have discussed our opinions and showcased our learning in many different ways.

Enquiry Art Day - we made cartouches using clay! As historians, we know how important religion was in ancient Egypt and now as artists, we can appreciate the skill and devotion the civilisation went through to celebrate their Pharaohs and gods.

Year 4 have been learning about healthy relationships and how these make people feel included

We designed, made and evaluated our slogan art. As artists, we were influenced by the style of Bob and Roberta Smith. In year 4, our enquiry has lead us to know that art is powerful and gives us chances to show off our creativity and imagination.

In English, we have been writing, rehearsing and preparing play scripts based on Cinderella. Today, we performed them to each other and evaluated our performances against the success criteria!
