PASS centre hire
The PASS Centre is available to hire by groups and individuals for competitive rates.
The PASS Centre offers a versatile sports hall, a kitchen and changing rooms. Our facilities are perfect for sports events, volunteer groups, youth clubs and community gatherings.
Hire Charges
Our charges are reviewed annually and were last approved in 2023. Please note that hourly charges increase for evening and weekend bookings. Detailed information on how charges are calculated can be found in our full Lettings Policy, available in the Policies section of this site.
In addition to the charges listed below, we require a £50 refundable cash security deposit during the booking process. Regular customers may have this deposit waived at the discretion of the Headteacher or School Business Lead.
We offer a 15% discount on the overall charge for bookings of 5 hours or more during school holidays and weekends.
Monday to Friday
Please note a caretaker is required to be present if you are booking the school field for use after 6:00pm. If the caretaker is not present during your booking, they will only be available to open and lock up the PASS Centre.

Hire Terms and Conditions
To ensure our sports hall is well-maintained during any hire, we have established terms and conditions that must be adhered to. These are included in the lettings booking application form and are also available below. Useful Information
We hope your booking with us will be a great success! In the unfortunate event that an issue arises and you wish to make an informal complaint, please discuss the matter with the Lettings Caretaker or Academy Office in the first instance. Formal complaints should be made in accordance with our Complaints Policy.
A copy of our Academy's Health and Safety Policy is also available for your reference. Please note that organisations or individuals hiring the PASS Centre for professional purposes are responsible for obtaining all necessary professional and public liability insurances appropriate to the purpose of the hire. Written proof of insurance cover will be requested as part of the booking application process.
