PASS centre hire
The PASS Centre is available to hire by groups and individuals for competitive rates.
Facilities include a large sports hall, kitchen and changing rooms with showers. Our playing field can also be included in the hire by agreement. Details about how to book, and the booking form can be downloaded below.
Hire Charges
Our charges are reviewed annually and were last approved in 2023. Please be aware that hourly charges increase for evening and weekend bookings and details of how the charges are calculated are available in our full Lettings Policy (found in the Policies section of this site). In addition to the charges shown below, we require a £50 refundable cash security deposit during the booking process. Regular customers may have this deposit waved at the discretion of the Headteacher/Office Manager.
We do offer a 15% discount to the overall charge for bookings of 5 hours or more during school holidays and weekends.

Caretaker is required to be present if you are booking the school field for use after 6:00pm. If the caretaker is not present during your booking, they will only be present to open and lock up the PASS centre.

Hire Terms and Conditions
To ensure our sports hall is taken care of during any hire, we do have terms and conditions that must be complied with. These are included on the lettings booking application form but are also available below. Useful Information
We hope your booking with us with be a great success! In the unfortunate even that an issue occurs and you wish to make an informal complaint, please discuss the matter with the Lettings Caretaker or Academy Office in the first instance. Formal complaints should be made as per our Complaints Policy.
A copy of our Academy's Health and Safety Policy is also available for your information. Please note that organisations or individuals hiring the PASS Centre for professional purposes will still be responsible for taking out all required professional and public liability insurances as appropriate to the purpose of the hire. Written proof of insurance cover will be requested as part of the booking application process.
